Take the real tile to your client or to the site. Seeing it against the joinery and the light beats any photo, and it saves the conversation later.
Technical backup
Quantities, substrate, waterproofing systems, adhesive and grout. Bring the plans and we will work through the detail with you before anything is ordered.
Delivery to site
Material goes to the job, not just to the counter. We confirm timing with you when the order goes in, so it lands when your programme needs it.
Our own crew lays it.
Tiling, waterproofing, floor preparation and underfloor heating, done by the team that sold you the tile. If your own tiler is doing the work we will back them up on detail. If you would rather hand it over, we take it end to end.
Either way the specification and the install answer to the same people, so nothing gets lost between the two.
